The website www.inoutliving.pt is intended for the sale of kitchenware and design items by the company LUSAVOUGA, SA, headquartered at Edifício Lusavouga - Avenida Europa, 375, 3800-533 Cacia, PORTUGAL, VAT number 500 170 959, registered under this number at the Commercial Registry Office of Aveiro, with a share capital of €7,000,000, hereinafter referred to as In&Out Living.
PRICES
All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT (Value Added Tax), where applicable, at the legal rate in force, excluding shipping costs. These will be added later to the total amount payable. Shipping costs for mainland Portugal are free for purchases over €30.
Due to the large volume of products available, pricing errors may occur. If this happens after your order has been placed, our team will contact you, and you may cancel your order if you do not accept the price correction.
As prices are subject to change without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that subsequent purchases of the same product will maintain the same price.
PAYMENTS

If you choose this payment method, you must send an email to info@inoutliving.pt with the transfer receipt and your order reference. Payment will only be validated after confirmation by the bank. Once confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment. If payment is not made within 3 days, your order will be canceled.
PayPal:
PayPal is an easy, fast, and secure way to make and receive payments online. You will need an email address and a PayPal account, which is free to create. You can then link your credit card or transfer funds to your PayPal account.
DELIVERY
After payment confirmation, In&Out Living will deliver your order properly packaged. Orders are delivered to the address you provide or at our store (depending on the option chosen during checkout). Once the goods leave our facilities, you will receive an automatic email notification. Orders will not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
In&Out Living ships only on business days until 6:00 PM. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not counted in delivery estimates. Any delays caused by carriers are their responsibility and do not entitle you to compensation from In&Out Living.
PROMOTIONS
Outlet: Discount applied to discontinued products that have not sold out. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers and is subject to stock availability. In&Out Living reserves the right to cancel the offer without any obligation for compensation.
Promotions: Discounts offered throughout the year at lower prices or under more favorable conditions for defined periods.
Note: When a product is on promotion, payment must be made within 24 hours after the promotion ends. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Promotions are subject to availability and defined deadlines.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you wish to return a product or have any issue with your order, contact our After-Sales Service (info@inoutliving.pt) within 14 days of receiving your order, always indicating your order reference.
To process a return, items must not have been used, must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories or promotional offers, and with all labels attached.
Once the returned item is received and meets the return conditions, the amount will be refunded in full using the same payment method. If items are not in acceptable resale condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In case of dispute, Portuguese law will apply.
We cover return shipping costs only for defective items.
WARRANTY
