All products sold by In&Out Living comply with Portuguese legislation. In&Out Living declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is the Customer's responsibility to check with local authorities the conditions for importing or using the products they intend to order.
6 - REGISTRATION AND ORDERING
Placing purchases through the www.inoutliving.pt website requires registration by filling out the online form. Once registered, simply add all the items you wish to purchase to your virtual shopping cart. You must follow all purchase steps for it to be successfully finalized.
In case of product unavailability and/or stockout, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order, with the right to a refund of the corresponding amount paid. The validation of the purchase order implies that the customer has read and accepts the Terms and Conditions of the www.inoutliving.com website. As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email with your order number and all its details. Following the online order, the In&Out Living store will confirm the payment with the banking entity to start the process of preparing and delivering the goods. - Online Product Availability
The In&Out Living online store only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment with the banking entity, and therefore cannot guarantee the availability of items until the start of said processing. The products presented on the website are subject to existing stock availability and quantity. Some products are subject to ordering from the supplier, for which an estimated delivery time is indicated. The In&Out Living store is not responsible for delays in orders by suppliers. Products subject to order or customization do not allow for a refund.
The product page indicates the estimated date, in working days, for dispatch. The estimated dispatch time is added to the transport time, which depends on the carrier you choose and the destination of your order. Any delay observed in the dispatch of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not grant the right to compensation.

7 - SHIPPING
The In&Out Living online store undertakes to deliver orders, properly packaged, after confirmation of payment by the banking entity. The order is delivered to the address indicated by you. As soon as the goods are dispatched from our facilities, an automatic email is sent to inform you. Orders will not be sent to P.O. boxes.
The In&Out Living store only ships on working days until 5 PM. Thus, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted for the estimated delivery time of orders. Any delays observed in transportation are the responsibility of the carrier companies and do not grant the right to compensation.
Your order will be shipped when all ordered items are available for dispatch. The days presented in the item availability do not count Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. When all items have immediate availability, orders are shipped on the same day or the next day, depending on the time and confirmation from the banking entity. Otherwise, they will be shipped within the maximum period indicated in the item availability.
8 - ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9 - MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
All products have the respective brand's warranty, which, unless otherwise indicated, is 2 years. In case of a defect, they must be sent for repair to the assistance centers authorized by the producer company itself, following the procedures indicated on the original warranty slip.
10 - PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In&Out Living is the entity responsible for processing personal data and permanently assumes the public commitment to act in accordance with the national and community legislation in force and applicable;
