You can collect your order free of charge from our physical store.
- How to do it: select the “Pick up at the Aveiro store” option at checkout.
- Pickup hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
- Confirmation: you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

🚚 Home Delivery
Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout (we do not ship to P.O. boxes). Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Shipping is carried out by a courier, and delivery times are the courier’s responsibility. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the end of your order.

⏱ Delivery Time
After payment has been confirmed by the bank and the availability of all items for dispatch has been verified, your order will be shipped. Delivery times are counted in business days only (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included).
