The shape of the ‘Plissé’ citrus juicer is defined by its folds, an age-old technique that remains widely used today. ‘Plissé’ was shaped from a folded sheet of paper, then developed and produced by Alessi as a beautiful decorative object.
Designed by Michele de Lucchi, it can juice a variety of citrus fruits. In the Plissé collection, the designer combines fashion with sculpture and explores the properties of plastic without compromising the appliance’s functionality.
The juicer cone rotates both left and right for optimal juice extraction. Thanks to the drip-free pouring spout, no juice will spill onto your countertop.
